We’ve made it easy to place an order through our website – just click through the brands or search a model number. You can click an item to get an instant price for that particular item, it shows the vat included. Images are there to compare the part you are replacing, or to illustrate the item’s carrier, colour and size. The stock availability is live but, it is sometimes best to contact us to check. The countdown timer is operated on weekdays only, so Monday to Thursday will ship your order next working day. Fridays will ship for next Monday or, for Saturday delivery if selected.  Once added to cart, go to checkout and there are all of the delivery options and also the secure payment options, operated by Braintree.

All orders received by 4.30PM and where items are in stock, we will ship by next day courier, usually DHL. There are 2 options initially , 1. standard 1-2 day free of charge, 2. Urgent next day cost at £7.50.

If you need your order same day, then we can facilitate that as well, please call or email us for a quote.

You can see for individual prices for items by simply clicking on the product. You can even fill up your order basket without checking out, to see what the whole order will come to. You will receive an email confirmation of your order straight away. Then once it is shipped, you should be notified by email that is has been shipped. You will also be able to track your order via the shipping system and this will be the actual carriers website with live tracking. Click here for more..

So if the part or parts are no longer required, or you have changed your mind, please contact us to return the order for a full refund. Alternatively, if you need to exchange the part then we can guide you through the process.

If you have not received your order and the tracking information is either showing no updates and or, suddenly stopped updating, please contact us and we will investigate immediately and  get back to you with an update or alternative option.

If you have returned your item and are awaiting either a replacement or refund, please contact us as there is usually a simple explanation. 

We apologise for the this, sometimes items are stated as delivered and or placed in a safe place, without notification.

Let us know and we will follow this up with the carrier and get back to you as quickly as we can.

You would normally receive a vat invoice on email. If you do not have one yet, you can log into your account if you have one. Or call or email us and we will be happy to provide another copy.
