Problem with an item or No longer needed? No problem – return within 30 days
In most cases items work with no issues, but we realise that not all orders work out. There may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. You can return an item within 30 Days by sending the notice of cancellation by email to email@example.com – ensuring that you quote your name, address, order reference number. Or by calling us on 01604 780633.
To return a product to us you must first Request an RMA Number.

Most web sales are eligible for a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. In some instances where 30 days or more have passed, there may be a restocking fee.
You have the right to return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a no quibble refund. Items must be unused, still in sealed anti static bags (where appropriate) and preferably in the same box as the item was received in. All items must be included in the box.
Most Manufacturer items we sell are covered by a minimum of 2 year warranty from the purchase date. If the item has a manufacturer warranty, then we will advise the process in our RMA email. We will cover all items under 30 days warranty, after 30 days, you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly. We will always be happy to assist with any support and warranty issues either by phone or email.
Should there be no manufacturer warranty on the item/s, then we will handle the return for the duration of the quoted warranty period.
All items are RTB (Return to base) at the cost of the customer, unless otherwise agreed with scsishop.
If your item is being returned for exchange, we will generally ship out an advanced replacement to speed up the time you are without your part. ie. we will send out replacement items even if we have not receieved the faulty item back.
For items being returned for a full refund or items that are no longer required, may be subject to a restocking fee. The original shipping costs at the time of the order, may not be refunded. Details of any of the afore mentioned will be made clear at the time of the warranty request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of the receipt of the item.
Haven’t received your refund –
If you haven’t received a refund from us, firstly please check your bank and your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sending items back to us –
All products should be individually boxed in foam or bubble-wrap and packed into a suitable box. Static protection must be used for all parts being returned, even for faulty items.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned safely.
Your warranty of the item may be denied if the item is damaged before/ during return shipment.
Return shipping must be with an insurable and trackable carrier such as UPS , Fed Ex, Parcelforce etc and returned within 14 days from the date that the RMA is issued. Any package being returned later than 14 days must be re-authorised by calling in to customer service.
