We paid for next day delivery - ordered on Thursday morning, expecting to receive it on Friday.

The drive wasn't dispatched until Monday, so we received it on Tuesday. This would have been bad enough for a poor review, but then we discovered the drive we received wasn't the one we had ordered.

I emailed them to let them know, they replied with a photo of a drive with a different part number and asked me if I thought that would work.

This other dive was eventually sent Wednesday and arrived Thursday, nearly a whole week after our original expected delivery date.

Apologies for the delay with this shipment, this was caused by collection issue with our carrier, but it did get to you in a timely fashion.
We take responsibility for the incorrect unit, again we did rectify this in good time.
Would have been happy to have a discussion about the order and even offered a full refund if you were unhappy. But it seems that opportunity has now passed.
