SATA DISKS
SATA disks are typically more reliable and have higher data transfer rates than PATA drives, and they are also easier to install and configure. They have become the standard for hard disk drives in most modern computers, and many motherboards and other computer components are designed to work specifically with SATA disks. In addition to hard disk drives, SATA is also used for other types of storage devices, including solid-state drives (SSDs) and optical drives such as CD and DVD drives.
